Libya takes part in Damascus International Fair

The Libyan embassy in Syria has taken part in the 63rd Damascus International Fair, held in 2026, as part of efforts to strengthen ties and cooperation with Syria and other Arab and foreign countries participating in the event.

The embassy said the participation aimed to create new opportunities for economic, cultural and social exchanges.

The Libyan pavilion attracted media attention, showcasing aspects of the country’s national identity and cultural heritage.

The programme also included a traditional Libyan music evening performed by a specialist group featuring Andalusian, eastern and folk music. Officials, diplomats, journalists and representatives from various sectors attended the event.

Culture
