Libya, Syria discuss boosting trade and investment ties
Libya and Syria have discussed boosting economic cooperation during talks in Damascus between Syrian President Ahmed al-Sharaa and a visiting Libyan business delegation.
The meeting, held at the People’s Palace, included Syria’s Economy Minister Nidal al-Shaar and officials from both countries.
Discussions focused on expanding trade and investment, with an emphasis on strengthening partnerships between the public and private sectors and encouraging joint ventures.
