Libya, Malta discuss closer cooperation

Libya’s chargé d’affaires in Malta, Mohammed Al-Sharif, held talks with Malta’s Director of Protocol, Kirsten Spiteri, on ways to develop cooperation between the two countries.

The meeting also covered a number of issues of mutual interest, with the two sides exchanging views on ways to improve communication and coordination, help resolve outstanding matters and facilitate procedures.

The talks were part of ongoing efforts to improve working mechanisms in areas related to protocol and ceremonial affairs.
