Libya, France discuss enhancing cooperation in vocational training
Minister of Labour and Rehabilitation, Ali Al-Abed Al-Reda discussed on Thursday in Tripoli with the French Ambassador to Libya, Thierry Vallet, ways to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in the fields of labour and vocational training.
The two sides discussed opportunities to develop vocational training programmes and transfer French expertise to the Ministry’s training centers.
They also explored leveraging the experience of French companies and institutions across various vocational disciplines to help enhance the capabilities of the national workforce.
The meeting also addressed prospects for expanding the Libyan-French partnership in training and rehabilitation, as well as utilizing international expertise to develop the training system and create new opportunities for national personnel.
