The high-level engagement brought together departmental staff to evaluate past performance, address operational hurdles, and establish a clear, results-driven implementation framework aligned with the LTA’s broader Five-Year Strategic Plan.
Throughout the three-day event, participants conducted a comprehensive review of the department’s core responsibilities. Staff examined existing regulatory and licensing functions, assessed institutional performance, and deliberated on practical strategies to improve efficiency, accountability, and service delivery within the telecommunications sector.
