LET – Pranavi best-Indian in Morocco – India Golf Weekly

Pranavi Urs is playing her third straight LET season

Pranavi Urs posted rounds of 70-71-74 to finish T-17 at the US$520,000 Lalla Meryem Cup in Morocco, adding another important result to her Ladies European Tour season.

The 23-year-old from Mysore finished the week at 2-under par at Royal Golf Dar Es Salam, where the women compete on the Blue Course alongside the PGA Tour (Seniors) Champions’ US$2.5 million Hassan II Trophy staged on the Red Course.

Now in her third consecutive LET season after earning her card through the qualifying tournament in December 2023, Pranavi currently stands 49th in the season rankings after making seven cuts in 10 starts. Her best finish this year remains a T-14 result at the Australian Women’s Classic in March.

Two-time Olympian and two-time LET winner Diksha Dagar carded rounds of 75-70-71 to finish T-20 at 3-under 216.

Meanwhile, Hitaashee Bakshi (78-72) and Avani Prashanth (75-75) both missed the cut by two shots after ending at 4-over 150.

With 13 regular-season events still remaining, only Diksha (21st) and Pranavi (49th) are currently inside the top 75 required to retain full LET playing rights for the 2027 season. Hitaashee is ranked 89th, while Avani stands 113th, leaving both with work to do over the remainder of the year.

The LET now moves to France this week for the US$400,000 Jabra Ladies Open, where Pranavi, Diksha, Hitaashee and Avani will all be in the field.
