RABAT — Morocco’s King Mohammed VI sent a message of congratulations to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, marking the 12th anniversary of his accession to the throne of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
