Guinea seeks to add second international internet link with Medusa Cable

Guinea is planning to sign a memorandum of understanding with the Medusa consortium on 06 May to establish its second international internet link, Ecofin reported. This follows repeated outages on the country’s existing Africa Coast to Europe (ACE) cable. The project was discussed at a cabinet meeting on 27 April, the ICT ministry said.
