German Ambassador, Deputy PM discuss unity and decentralization
German Ambassador to Libya Arvid Enders met on Monday with Deputy Prime Minister of the Government of National Unity Salem Al-Zadma to discuss the challenges facing communities in the Fezzan region and ways to build consensus on national unity and decentralization.
In a post on X, Enders said the talks focused on strengthening decentralization to improve living conditions and expand opportunities for residents of southern Libya.
The two sides also exchanged views on the challenges facing Fezzan communities and ways to reach consensus that would promote stability and development in the region.
