The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation has launched a three-day training program for 95 employees preparing for assignments at Libyan diplomatic missions abroad under the 2019 deployment priority list.
Organized by the Diplomatic Institute in cooperation with the Criminal Research and Training Center, the program focuses on diplomatic protocol and etiquette, diplomatic practice, political report writing, the code of conduct, and cybersecurity to enhance participants’ professional skills.
The ministry said a second training course will follow to prepare the remaining employees on the same list, reaffirming its commitment to strengthening Libya’s diplomatic workforce and ensuring effective representation abroad.
