Egypt, Turkey discuss Libya and regional developments
Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan have discussed developments in Libya and other regional issues during a phone call.
The talks also covered the situation in the occupied Palestinian territories and Iran, as well as ways to strengthen coordination and consultations between Cairo and Ankara on issues of mutual concern.
The two ministers stressed the importance of continued coordination and joint efforts to contain regional tensions and escalation, in support of security and stability.
