MIAMI — BOXR Gym is hosting a run on Monday evening in downtown Miami to raise funds for the victims of the 7.4-magnitude earthquake in western Colombia.
Since Monday morning, search-and-rescue teams have been pulling out victims from the rubble in Quibdó, Cali, Pereira, Manizales, and other hard-hit areas.
As of Wednesday, there were at least 254 dead, including 95 in Cali and 79 in Pereira, according to officials.

Colombian President Abelardo De La Espriella, who took office on Friday after a ceremony in Cali, visited Quibdó on Monday and Pereira on Tuesday, when he estimated there were about 2,595 injured and more than 1,000 homes were destroyed.
