Annandale-on-Hudson, NY – The University of Mount Saint Vincent was on the road for the first time in 2026, continuing their stretch of non-conference games against Bard College. The Dolphins battled back in the second half but ultimately fell to the Hawks by the score of 2-1.

Jacob Rooney got the Dolphins on the board in the 87th minute, scoring his first goal of both the season and his career to cut the deficit to one. UMSV continued to push for the equalizer but could not find a second goal before the final whistle.
Manuel Vidal led the Dolphins with two shots, both on target, while Jenluis Henriquez added a pair of shots with one on goal. Rooney finished with one shot and one goal, and Barry Jermaine Johnson recorded two shots with one on target. Joey Wiant made one save in 42:52 of action before Miguel Fierro took over and played the final 47:08 without allowing a goal.
