Selina Zhou
CSTS Enterprises has promoted Selina Zhou to Regional General Manager, Supply Chain & Product Management, expanding her responsibilities following the group’s record hospitality sales in Greater China for the FIFA World Cup 2026.
The appointment gives Zhou a broader role across CSTS’ integrated media, entertainment, sports and travel technology operations. Her priorities will include strengthening coordination among business units, improving vendor economics and developing cross-selling opportunities across the company’s portfolio.
The promotion follows a major commercial milestone for CSTS and subsidiary Connexus, which recorded what the company said were the highest official FIFA World Cup hospitality sales in history for Greater China. Zhou led CSTS’ Greater China efforts for the FIFA World Cup 2026 official hospitality program, making the tournament an important test of the company’s ability to combine regional distribution with global sports and travel products.
That experience is increasingly relevant as CSTS builds a business spanning live experiences, tourism, technology and audience engagement. Rather than treating those operations as separate verticals, the company is seeking greater commercial integration across its supplier relationships, products and distribution channels.
Zhou has played a central role in CSTS’ expansion in Greater China since joining the company, working across market development, travel and international sports hospitality. Her expanded position shifts some of that experience toward the broader supply chain and product infrastructure needed to support growth across markets.
Before CSTS, Zhou worked in travel and hospitality with a focus on supply chain management and distribution partnerships. Her experience includes scaling international supplier networks, improving channel performance and expanding Asia-Pacific market access.
Her previous responsibilities included Australia and New Zealand market development, B2B distribution in China and channel integration at GreenTree Hospitality Group, a listed hotel company. That background gives CSTS additional operational expertise as it looks to connect suppliers, distribution partners and customer-facing products across a more diverse portfolio.
“Selina is a visionary leader who consistently bridges product innovation, strategic partnerships, and market demands to deliver undeniable enterprise value,” said Wenbin Wang, co-founder and chief product officer of CSTS Enterprises. Wang said the company expects Zhou to help advance its next stage of development in the expanded role.
Zhou said her focus will be on working across CSTS teams to support the company’s next phase of growth while creating additional value for customers.
The leadership change also reflects CSTS’ positioning at the intersection of several businesses that have traditionally operated separately. The company combines experiential marketing, tourism, data and technology while working with brands and intellectual properties across physical events and digital channels. Building stronger links among those capabilities could allow CSTS to use the same supplier, distribution and customer relationships across a wider range of products.
CSTS’ portfolio includes its Generation C and PremierX initiatives, while the company also works with international properties including the FIFA World Cup, Formula 1 and Waterbomb. Its model centers on adapting global entertainment and sports properties for local and regional audiences while coordinating the underlying travel, marketing and technology infrastructure.
For CSTS, Zhou’s promotion comes as the company seeks to turn the commercial momentum generated by major sports hospitality programs into a more scalable operating model. Strengthening supplier economics and cross-selling across business units could become increasingly important as the group expands the number of markets, partners and experiences operating within its ecosystem.
