Germán Torres Mora is a lawyer with more than 20 years of experience, specialized in procedural and contract law, with training in domestic and international arbitration tribunals, and a candidate for a master’s degree in corporate employment law. Before joining the firm, Torres Mora led legal and human resources teams at domestic and multinational companies, experience that has allowed him to develop a close, flexible and results-oriented advisory style across a wide range of industries.

 Since joining the firm in 2019, he has led the consulting and audit practices in contractor and third-party matters, with a hands-on approach that places the client at the center of every decision. His strong academic background and preventive outlook have been decisive in helping clients’ legal teams make the best strategic decisions.

He is also a regular speaker on employment law matters and teaches at both undergraduate and graduate level at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.

 María Teresa González Soledad holds a dual background as a lawyer and business administrator, with postgraduate specializations in both labor law and social security law. Throughout her career she has held positions of high responsibility, including auxiliary justice of the Superior Court of Bogotá’s labor chamber, and a labor circuit Judge of Bogotá.

Since joining the firm in 2012, her dual academic background and extensive litigation experience have allowed her to advance through the firm: from coordinator of employment matters to head of litigation and legal representation. Under her direction, the firm has handled its most complex judicial settlements, contributing to the development of case law in the country.

As a new partner, she will continue to lead litigation strategy and the defense of companies with a preventive, specialized and client-focused approach.
