The South African Women’s Hockey Team will host Namibia in a four-match test series, with a 24-player squad confirmed for the assignment, at Elkanah House High School and Hartleyvale Stadium in Cape Town from Monday 20 July to Friday 24 July 2026.
The series forms an important part of the South African Women’s preparations for the FIH Hockey Women’s World Cup, giving the national team valuable time together in a competitive international environment as they work towards one of the biggest stages in world hockey.
Three matches will be played at Elkanah House High School, with the final test taking place at the iconic Hartleyvale Stadium.
The fixtures offer the South African side another opportunity to build combinations, test depth and sharpen match readiness ahead of the World Cup.
