WNBA star Cameron Brink of the Los Angeles Sparks was among those captivated by Ayesha Curry’s 2026 Met Gala look.
Golden State Warriors superstar Steph Curry accompanied his wife to the annual event. The power couple dazzled at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City.
Ayesha stunned in a sheer black strapless dress layered over a solid black bodysuit. Black leather gloves completed the ensemble. Steph did not go unnoticed either. His hooded Balenciaga trench coat sparked “Star Wars” comparisons across social media.

The 37-year-old mom of four shared her best snaps on Instagram. “The MET 2026,” Ayesha wrote.
The post drew a wave of praise from followers. Brink, no stranger to turning heads herself, kept her response short. Two words said it all.
“Just perfection 😍😍😍😍,” she replied.
Cameron Brink has deep roots with the Curry Family
Brink’s admiration for Ayesha runs deeper than social media. Her connection to the Curry family predates professional basketball entirely. Steph’s parents, Dell and Sonya Curry, serve as Brink’s godparents. In turn, Brink’s parents are also Steph’s godparents.
Brink has also built a special relationship with Ayesha over the years. The two regularly exchange words of praise on social media.
Now Brink turns her focus to the court. She enters her third WNBA season with a point to prove. Her first two years with the Sparks have been derailed by injury. A torn ACL cut her rookie season short in 2024.
She returned in 2025 but played just 19 games. Across 34 career appearances, she has averaged 6.1 points, 4.8 rebounds and 1.8 blocks per game. The 24-year-old enters 2026 fully healthy.
Brtink and the Sparks open their season May 10 against the Las Vegas Aces. Ayesha will surely be watching.
