Apple Integrates Apple TV and Arcade into iCloud+ in Mali and 100+ Countries

Apple has expanded its iCloud+ subscription service to include Apple TV and Apple Arcade in Mali and over 100 other countries, consolidating these offerings into one plan and ending standalone subscriptions in those markets, according to Apple announcements released in September 2026.

The expanded iCloud+ subscription allows users to back up and share personal content securely across Apple devices while accessing Apple TV’s award-winning original series and films, as well as Apple Arcade’s catalog of over 200 games. Family Sharing enables subscription sharing with up to five family members.

Eddy Cue, Apple’s senior vice president of Services and Health, said, “We’re excited to bring Apple TV and Apple Arcade to iCloud+ users in over 100 countries in one convenient subscription.” He added that users can enjoy secure storage, original storytelling, and a diverse gaming lineup through the upgraded service.

Apple TV features a broad range of content, including multi-Emmy Award-winning shows like The Studio and Ted Lasso, global hits such as Severance and Pluribus, and Academy Award-winning films like CODA and F1. The service is accessible on over 1 billion screens through the Apple TV app on devices including iPhone, iPad, Apple TV 4K, Mac, smart TVs, and gaming consoles.

Apple Arcade offers unlimited access to a curated catalog of games without ads or in-app purchases, supporting offline play and high privacy standards. Titles include franchises like Football Manager 26 Touch, NBA 2K26 Arcade Edition, Madden NFL 27 Arcade Edition, and originals like Hello Kitty Island Adventure. The games can be played on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple TV 4K.

With this rollout, Apple has ended standalone subscriptions for Apple TV and Apple Arcade in affected countries including Mali, India, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Turkey, and the United Arab Emirates. Users with individual subscriptions will have access continued through iCloud+ without interruption, and their existing subscriptions will be cancelled. Game progress and saves are preserved.

In India and several other countries, Apple One, the bundled subscription service that included Apple Music, Apple TV, Apple Arcade, and iCloud storage, is no longer open to new subscribers. Current Apple One members retain their plans, but new customers must subscribe through iCloud+ for Apple TV and Apple Arcade access.

Apple Music Select, included with iCloud+, offers ad-free stations with regionally relevant music but lacks on-demand listening. Users can add full Apple Music subscriptions at discounted rates when billed through Apple. Pricing for iCloud+ in Mali starts at $0.99 per month for 50GB of storage, with other tiers available to meet user needs.

The availability of specific iCloud+ features, Apple TV content, and Apple Arcade games varies by country and device. Users can manage subscriptions on their Apple devices through the Settings app. Apple continues to provide premium benefits with iCloud+, including enhanced privacy and event creation capabilities.
