Ukraine’s Foreign Minister Andriy Sibiga urged allies to act now by increasing pressure on Russia.

He said this on his page on the social network X.

A Call to Act Now: The Minister’s Key Messages

The right strategy to force Putin to stop the war is to choke off his oxygen in the military, economic, political, and technological dimensions.

According to him, Ukraine is doing its part, notably through far-reaching sanctions, military strikes, and a logistical blockade of Russian occupation forces.

We urge our allies to intensify pressure on Russia in all spheres. Choke the Russian military machine, deprive it of financial resources, and leave Putin with no illusions about what he can achieve on the battlefield.

In his view, a critical mass of such steps can truly change the situation.

Together we can deprive the Putin regime of oxygen and leave it with no other option but to end the war. But we must act now, not later.
