The Anti-Illegal Migration Agency’s Al-Qubbah branch announced on Monday the deportation of 88 illegal migrants of various nationalities following the completion of the required legal procedures.
According to the agency, those deported included 32 Egyptian nationals, 11 Bangladeshi nationals, and 45 migrants from various African countries. The operation was carried out under the direct supervision of the branch director after legal action was taken against all individuals involved.
The agency said the deportations are part of ongoing efforts to expedite removal procedures, enhance security and stability, and combat illegal migration in accordance with Libya’s applicable laws and regulations.
