If they win the group, they’ll play a third-place team from Groups C, D, F, G or H in their first knockout game in New York on June 30.
If they get second, they’ll play the Group E runner-up in Dallas on June 30.
If they advance as a third-place team, they’ll play a group winner from Group A, B, D, G, K or L in Atlanta, Kansas City, Mexico City, San Francisco, Seattle or Vancouver.
