– Offer emotional support and guidance to patients facing chronic or critical health conditions.
4. Documentation and Record-Keeping
– Maintain up-to-date patient records including treatment plans, nursing interventions, and outcomes.
– Ensure accurate and timely completion of documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
5. Infection Control and Safety Compliance
– Implement infection prevention and control measures according to established protocols.

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Diploma in nursing and midwifery.
