Nigeria’s Ambassador to Burkina Faso, Ambassador Syndoph Paebi Endoni, alongside members of the Nigerian community in the country, has hosted Edo Queens FC, Executive Chairman of the Edo State Sports Commission, Hon. Amadin Desmond Enabulele, and Chairman of Edo Queens, Emperor Jarrett Tenebe, to a special dinner at the Nigerian Embassy in Burkina Faso.
Edo Queens are currently in Burkina Faso representing Nigeria at the 2026 WAFU-B Women’s Champions League qualifiers, where they are pursuing regional glory and a place in the CAF Women’s Champions League.
The dinner provided an opportunity for Ambassador Endoni and the Nigerian community to interact with the Edo Queens delegation, Enabulele and Tenebe, while offering words of encouragement and support to the team ahead of their crucial fixtures.
Speaking during the occasion, Enabulele expressed appreciation to Ambassador Endoni and members of the Nigerian community in Burkina Faso for the warm hospitality and thoughtful gesture.
He commended the Ambassador and the community for their continued support of Edo Queens, noting that such gestures provide a morale boost to the players and officials representing the country abroad.
Enabulele has remained with the Edo Queens delegation in Burkina Faso, providing support as the Nigerian champions continue their campaign for a successful outing and qualification for the CAF Women’s Champions League.
