Liverpool agree personal term with Yankuba Minteh

Brighton have turned down Liverpool bids of £50M and £60M.

The Reds set to return with another attempt to sign Minteh.

Minteh wants to join Liverpool, but an agreement between the two clubs remains outstanding.
