Gambia U-20 coach Abdoulie Bojang screens 1st Division players
Head Coach of The Gambia U-20 team, Abdoulie Bojang, is currently screening the First Division League players.
The screening exercise started on Monday 7 September 2026 at the National Technical Training Centre in Old Yundum.
Gaffer Bojang is presently screening thirty players drawn from the First Division League clubs.
Bojang will use the screening exercise to scout good players for the 2026 WAFU A CAF U-20 TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations to be hosted in Mali next month.
The Gambia U-20 team have qualified for the 2023 TotalEnergies U-20 Africa Cup of Nations hosted in Egypt, but slipped to Senegal 2-0 in a final played at the Cairo International Stadium.
