Gambia share spoils with Senegal in WAFU A CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations

The Scorplings drew goalless with the Young Terranga Lions in their third and final Group A match played at the Stade Lat Dio in Thies on Sunday.

The Gambia U-17 team and Senegal U-17 team both came into the match with 6 points each after winning their two opening group matches.

The Scorlings and the Young Terranga Lions were keen to stun each other to snatch top-spot in Group A but the match ended goalless.

Senegal U-17 team finished top-spot in Group A with 7 points in three group outings.

The Gambia U-17 team finished second-place in Group A with 7 points after three group matches.
