Gambia pair with Senegal in WAFU-A U-17 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers
The Gambia U-17 team have been drawn against Senegal, Mauritania and Sierra Leone in Group A of the 2026 WAFU-A CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The Scorplings are currently training at the Gambinos Star Africa Complex in Mandinaring to prepare themeselves ready before the commencement of the sub-regional football championship qualifiers.
Gaffer Yahya Manneh and his Scorpling charges will strive to win all their group matches to cruise to the semi-finals of the 2026 WAFU-A CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers.
The 2026 WAFU-A CAF U-17 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers is expected to begin on 7th September 2026 and finish on 20th September 2026.
