C’River NPC Federal Commissioner felicitates APC Chairman on birthday – Converseer

CALABAR (CONVERSEER) – The Honourable Federal Commissioner representing Cross River State at the National Population Commission (NPC), Rt. Hon. Barr. Alex Ukam, has extended warm felicitations to the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Barr. Alphonsus Ogar Eba, on the occasion of his 2025 birthday anniversary.

In a congratulatory message made available to journalists on Monday, Rt. Hon. Ukam described Barr. Eba as “a great political asset to Cross River State and the APC nationwide.”

Reflecting on the APC’s electoral progress and organisational growth under Barr. Eba’s leadership since his emergence as State Chairman in October 2021, the NPC Commissioner noted that the party’s milestones in the state are tied to Eba’s commitment and tireless efforts.

“Since Barr. Eba became Chairman, the APC in Cross River has recorded notable successes. These achievements cannot be fully recounted without acknowledging his passion, dedication, and effective leadership,” Ukam stated.

The Federal Commissioner further pointed out that Barr. Eba’s recent national appointment by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as Chairman of the Governing Council of the Rubber Research Institute, Benin City, is a testament to his competence and growing influence.
