Congolese students in Montreal separated from loved ones due to Canada travel restrictions

In May, Canada implemented temporary measures restricting entry into the country for foreign nationals arriving from the Democratic Republic of Congo, Uganda or South Sudan due to Ebola risks. As a result, many Congolese students in Montreal face a difficult dilemma: they want to visit their families, but fear the restrictions will prevent them from re-entering Canada for their studies.
