The City wing-back has 27 international caps since making his debut as a teenager and has represented the Scorpions in the finals in 2021 and 2023.
Touray, who qualifies to play for the country through his Gambian-born father, is in the squad for the games at home to Somalia on Friday, September 25 and then away to Ghana the following Tuesday.
He becomes the second Bantams player to be called up for international duty after Jon McCracken made the Scotland squad for their Nations League qualifiers.
