Bangally Tunkara’s brace earns Bilbao SK West Super Cup title

The Bilbao Boys thumped Tababi FC 2-0 in a well-attended final played at the Serrekunda West Mini Staduim on Sunday.

Both sides played brilliant football and created goal scoring opportunities but failed to materialise on them thus the first half ended nil.

Upon resumption of the match, Bilbao FC organised themselves and controlled the match, creating goal scoring opportunities.

Bangally Tunkara gave Bilbao FC the lead in the 54th minute of the match.

Tunkara scored the second goal for Bilbao FC in the 79th minute of the match to complete his brace.

Tababi FC responded back for an equaliser but to no avail thus the match ended 2-0 in favour of Bilbao FC.

As champions, Bilbao went home with a giant trophy and a cheque amounting to D60, 000, whileTababi FC received D35, 000 as runners-up.

Following his brilliant performance during the Serrekunda West Super Cup final, Burr Fashion has rewarded Bangally Tunkura with a pair of football boots.

President of TMT FC Omar H.O. Saidykhan gave Tunkura a pair of football boots.

Tunkara received Apple Gambia, D2,000, a pair of boots, power bank and AirPods.
