Position: Senior Treasury Sales
Job Type: Full-time
Reports to: Head of FX Sales
Location: Head Office

Job Purpose:
The candidate will actively market FX Spot, FX forwards, and derivatives
to customers, aiming to enhance business turnover and increase the
desk’s income. Building and maintaining productive and strategic
relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive the development
and delivery of business solutions and revenue growth is essential. .

Duties:

• Ensure best execution practices on all front desk transactions while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Negotiate exchange rates with clients, manage client relationships, and offer suitable treasury solutions.
• Drive
  new sales opportunities by identifying clients’ and prospects’ treasury
  management needs through consultative sales and relationship reviews.
• Monitor exchange positions within the Board/BRMC/ALCO approved limits.
• Achieve FX volume targets by working closely with sales officers to close transactions.
• Stay abreast of local market developments, build a comprehensive client call list, and expand the client base. 

Read Also:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Commerce, Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• ACI dealing certificate is required.
• Proficiency in other languages is desirable (i.e., Kutchi, Gujrati, Spanish, French, or Chinese).

• A structured approach to handling complex and varied work environments independently.
• Ability to balance opposing business requirements effectively.
• Strong evaluation, communication, and reporting skills, with a service-oriented approach.
• Capability to provide advice and cause/effect evaluations to support business decisions.
• Independent, logical thinker with a drive to achieve and implement goals.
