Founded in 2014, Legend Internet has grown into Nigeria’s leading last-mile fiber company. Specializing in fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) solutions, it has also become a pioneer in tech-driven digital services. The company will be officially listed on the NGX Main Board on Thursday, April 24, after meeting all listing requirements.
Legend Internet sets NGX listing date
To celebrate its upcoming listing on the Nigerian Exchange (NGX), Legend Internet’s senior executives and board of directors will ring the Closing Gong on April 24, 2025. This move reflects the company’s vision, resilience, and ambition. Legend will offer 2 billion shares at N5.64 ($0.0035) each, setting a market capitalization of N11.28 billion ($7 million).
In a statement released today, Legend Internet expressed: “Tomorrow, April 24th, 2025, marks a defining moment in our journey at Legend Internet.
