Struggling Orlando Pirates star wanted by rival PSL club!

An Orlando Pirates midfielder is attracting interest from a rival Betway Premiership club.

The Buccaneers have a plethora of talent in the middle of the park, however that means not everyone gets to play!

One such player that’s struggling to break into Jose Riveiro’s starting 11 is Congolese midfielder Karim Kimvuidi.

The 22-year-old star has been linked with an exit from the club, and a potential next destination has since been revealed!

According to the latest transfer gossip, Chippa United are lining up a move for Karim Kimvuidi!

“Chippa are already preparing for next season and one of the players they have inquired about is Karim Kimvuidi from Orlando Pirates,” an insider told Soccer Laduma.

“They are looking at reinforcing the midfield next season and they want to do that as early as possible.

“They are scouting for different players which the technical team has recommended and their scouting team are looking at.”

Further reports claim Chippa United are open to signing Kimvuidi from Orlando Pirates on loan or on a permanent basis!

In other news, Orlando Pirates have reignited their interest in a star Betway Premiership defender.

The club are looking to close all the gaps in their first team squad for next season.

And a towering Stellenbosch FC defender could soon find his way to Mayfair!

Orlando Pirates have already lifted the MTN8 title once again this season, however the league title remains a priority and it seems to be slipping away this season.

According to the latest reports, Orlando Pirates are keen on signing Ivorian central defender Ismaël Traoré from Stellenbosch.

“He (Toure) is still on the club’s (Pirates’) radar, and it’s just a matter of when the club will be taking the interest forward by making a formal offer,” an insider told Soccer Laduma.

“If you look around the league, you will notice that he is one of the reliable and consistent defenders, and his performances haven’t gone unnoticed as interest in his services is growing.”
