The Governor of the Central Bank of Libya (CBL), Naji Issa, has held talks with a committee formed by the High Council of State to review the bank’s strategy and performance in recent years.
The meeting, held on Thursday, brought together the head and members of the follow-up committee to assess the bank’s work, achievements, and the challenges it has faced during a period marked by political and institutional division.
Discussions also focused on monetary policy measures and their effectiveness under current conditions, as well as the level of cooperation from other executive bodies in aligning fiscal and trade policies.
