UN Fake Justice System Opines on Yemen Rip Off In UNHQ Press Banned From Waltz Silent

UN GATE,
June 22 – The corruption and
waste of the United Nations
under Antonio Guterres
continues to spread. While
Guterres invokes legal
immunity for peacekeepers who
rape those they are supposed
to protect, this week will
show the results of his fake
justice system, in a UN he ban
the Press from: “The oral
pronouncement of the Outcome
of the UNAT Judgments rendered
during the Summer Session will
be held on Thursday, 25 June.”

  His UNDT
already banned Inner City
Press even from virtual
access, after it showed how it
look the side one of Guterres
many sexual harassers.

Now this sample
case: Judgment No.
2026-UNAT-1651 As stated in
the attached judgment, Mr. El
Obaid Ahmed El Obaid, former
Head of the OHCHR Yemen
Country Office, was separated
from service after being found
to have authorized
unauthorized construction of a
three-story addition to a
rented office building in
Sana’a, misrepresenting USD
86,000 in funds as needed for
“minor alterations,” bypassing
UN procurement rules, and
arranging payment to a
contractor without any formal
contract. The UN Dispute
Tribunal upheld his dismissal
but cancelled the USD 86,000
recovery order…  Most
troubling is the pattern of
selective enforcement, where
disciplinary machinery is
disproportionately directed at
staff who challenge management
or lack institutional
protection, while equivalent
or greater misconduct by
senior officials goes
uninvestigated. True
accountability requires that
Staff Rule 10.1(b) be applied
symmetrically — to those who
administer the system as much
as to those subject to it.”
Fat chance. And where is USUN
Mike Waltz amid all this
waste? Wasting US taxpayers’
money it seems, renting the
UN’s roof for his cronies to
see the July 4 fireworks over
the East River while
stonewalling on a FOIA
request.

This can be
contrasted to the SDNY, which
Inner City Press covers
closely because it actually
has laws. Today’s UN doesn’t.
How much is it charging to
rent its roof / terrace to
USUN’s Mike Waltz for a 4th of
July fireworks boondoggle? And
is that all it takes to avoid
