Prosus Acquires Despegar to Strengthen Latin America Travel Market

Prosus, a global technology leader, and Despegar, Latin America’s premier online travel agency, have officially announced the completion of Prosus’s acquisition of Despegar. The deal follows approvals from Despegar’s board, shareholders, and regulatory authorities.
