How Simba is gearing up for the final game in Morocco

Simba’s squad has safely arrived in Morocco for the first leg of the CAF Confederation Cup final against RS Berkane. 

The team arrived at Mohammed V International Airport in Casablanca after a lengthy journey of approximately nine hours from Dar es Salaam. Their departure took place at 3:00 AM on Tuesday, with players, coaching staff, and club officials all in high spirits and eager for the crucial match ahead.

The first leg of the final is set to take place on May 17, 2025, starting at 4:00 PM East Africa Time, at the Berkane Stadium in Morocco.

This match presents a significant challenge for Simba SC, who are proud of their strong performance in the tournament this season.

Head coach Robert Oliveira has expressed confidence in his team’s readiness for the battle, hoping to secure a positive result away from home before the return ‘leg’ in Dar es Salaam.
