Job Summary:
We
are looking for a passionate and responsible Operations Manager to take
charge of our day-to-day operations and ensure smooth workflow, staff
performance, vendor coordination, and target achievement across the
team. This is a hands-on leadership role suitable for someone who
thrives in a dynamic work environment and is ready to support the
business in all operational aspects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations including sales, storekeeping, dispatch, and customer service.
• Monitor team performance, ensure targets are met, and maintain discipline.
• Act as the point of contact between the company and suppliers/vendors.
• Assist in procurement and ensure timely stock availability.
• Drive improvements in workflow, customer service, and internal accountability.
• Support with errands or company tasks that may require driving (driving is an added advantage).
• Be flexible with working hours, including extended hours and occasional out-of-town assignments.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, team coordination, or business management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and reliable under pressure.
• Basic knowledge or experience in marketing or sales is a plus.
• Driving license (manual/automatic) is an added advantage.
