Position Overview
We
are looking for a motivated and experienced RelationshipManager to join
our dynamic team. This role is suited for a professional with a strong
background in relationship management and business development, who is
passionate about customer satisfaction and growth in the financial
services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute client acquisition and retention strategies.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify new business opportunities to grow the mortgage portfolio.
- Meet with clients regularly to assess their needs and offer customized financial solutions.
- Work closely with internal departments to deliver seamless service.
- Prepare
regular reports on client activities, sales performance, and market
insights. Ensure adherence to company policies, AML, and KYC
regulations. - Stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Participate in marketing campaigns and events to boost brand visibility.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or Advanced Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in relationship management within the financial industry.

- Demonstrated success in sales and client portfolio growth.

Role Purpose:
We
are seeking a results-driven Business Manager to lead a high-performing
team of Relationship Officers and Managers. This pivotal leadership
role is responsible for driving business growth, ensuring exceptional
customer service, and delivering tailored mortgage solutions. The
Business Manager will oversee the end-to-end mortgage process, from
client engagement to loan disbursement, while coaching and mentoring the
team to meet and exceed performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Relationship Officers and Managers.
- Develop and implement mortgage sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, training, and development opportunities.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
