Sales Management 

• Oversee and drive sales targets for the branch.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
• Develop strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention

Team Supervision 

• Manage and guide the branch team, ensuring efficient operations
• Train, motivate, and assess staff to meet performance goals.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability

Inventory and Stock Control 

• Monitor
  stock levels and ensure timely replenishment. Coordinate with
  suppliers to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize shortages or
  overstocking.
• Conduct periodic stock audits

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly.

Operational Efficiency 

• Ensure smooth daily operations of the branch by adhering to company policies.
• Optimize processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Market Knowledge and Analysis:

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences
• Provide feedback to management for strategic decision-making.

Qualification and Skills Required

• Communication Skills: Good verbal communication skills (English and Kiswahili fluently).
• Stress Management: The ability to stay calm, focused, and organized under pressure, especially during busy periods.
• Time
  Management: Efficient time management skills help cashiers handle
  multiple tasks, manage queues effectively, and complete transactions in a
  timely manner.
• Age: 35 years+
• Willing to relocate

Preferred Experience :

• 3-5+ years of experience in a management, leadership role
• A
  Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Economics, Commerce, Business
  Administration, Finance, or equivalent from a recognized institution
