Riha
Company Limited is a Civil, Building Construction and General Supply
support company with its Headquarters in Mwanza Region, currently
engaged in the supply of high-quality river sand to Geita Gold Mine
Limited in Geita Region. We are looking for experienced and qualified
Individuals to fill in vacant positions mentioned below so as to join
our dynamic team

Position Title: Light Truck Drivers Company: Riha Company Limited
Location: Geita-Region (Project Site).
Number of Positions: Eight (8)
POSITION SUMMARY:
The
Light Truck Drivers will be responsible for safely operating company
trucks to transport materials (primarily sand) from designated locations
to Geita Gold Mine Limited Project Sites while ensuring compliance with
all traffic laws, safety procedures, and company regulations

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

• Valid Tanzanian Driving License – Class C or E (in good standing).
• Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) – Form Four with at least four passes.
• Vocational Training Certificate (VETA) in Driving.
• Driving Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of practical experience driving light trucks.
• Clean Driving Record – No history of serious traffic violations or accidents.
• Good understanding of road safety regulations and vehicle inspection procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of handling long-distance trips and working in remote environments.
• Ability to communicate in both Kiswahili and basic English is an added advantage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate light trucks to transport sand and related materials to designated locations.
• Inspect vehicles before and after trips and report mechanical issues.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, proper documentation, and logbooks.
• Follow all company safety rules, environmental guidelines, and procedures.
• Cooperate with project supervisors, loading crews, and site coordinators.
• Report any incidents or delays promptly.
