exciting job opportunities at its Arusha Plant. The company, known for
its extensive operations across Dar es Salaam, Mwanza, Mbeya, and
Arusha, is looking to strengthen its team by recruiting skilled and
experienced professionals for the roles of Purchasing Officer and
Driver.
1. Purchasing Officer (1 Position) – Arusha Plant
Position Summary:
The
Purchasing Officer will be responsible for coordinating procurement
activities, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing, and
maintaining compliance with corporate policies and standard operating
procedures (SOPs). The role also involves managing inventory levels and
overseeing vendor relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track and manage purchase requisitions from initiation to completion.
- Evaluate vendors and obtain necessary approvals for purchases.
- Maintain and monitor vendor performance database including delivery adherence and turnover.
- Collect quotations, evaluate bids, and finalize orders based on competitive analysis.
- Monitor and track Purchase Orders (POs) to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Prepare monthly reports on PO status and analyze supplier deviations.
- Keep historical price records for raw materials and consumables.
- Develop inventory plans and ensure minimum stock levels for key items.
Entry Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Procurement & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar procurement role.
2. Driver (4 Positions) – Arusha Plant
Position Summary:
The
Driver will operate company vehicles to support product distribution
while also contributing to sales growth within assigned areas. The role
includes account servicing, ensuring merchandising standards, and
expanding the customer base.

- Maintain merchandising standards and ensure proper use of promotional materials.
- Regularly report vehicle conditions and ensure daily sales reports are accurate.
- Avoid shortages of cash, full, or empty product units.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Safe vehicle operation and immediate reporting of issues.
- Accurate and timely sales reporting.
- Achievement of sales growth through new customer acquisition.
Entry Requirements:
- Certificate of Secondary Education (Form IV/VI).
- Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Valid Class C or E Driving License.
- Proficiency in English.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in beverage sales.
