BATON ROUGE, La. (Louisiana First) — The Louisiana Department of Public Safety and Corrections confirmed that a 33-year-old Angola inmate died Tuesday.
Officials identified the inmate as Patrick Jones and stated that his cause of death is undetermined pending an autopsy.
An investigation is ongoing. No further details were released.
